1. Must show proof of purchase (Invoice, Order Number, Bank in receipt)

4. Products that have Touch n Go e-Wallet voucher promo are not eligible for return.
5. Free Gift are not eligible for exchange/return/refund.
6. Opened sealed products and clear stock products are not eligible to return.
7. Products that opened sealed and under warranty kindly refer relevant Service Center.
